Shipping Policy
We are a sourcing company who aim to deliver to you, our 21 sources community the latest luxury fashion footwear and clothing at prices lower than your average reseller/retailer. We aim to deliver all clothing products to our customers within 7-15 working days and all footwear within 14-21 working days. However due to the competitiveness of the resell industry there are occasionally delays due to a number of factors. This could be due to initial sourcing of a product to get it at the low price we offer it at. We also have an authentication process before any product is sent out to our customers to ensure 100% authentication of our products. We promise to always update and keep you posted on your order via email, direct message or text. We appreciate your patience and custom always and place a heavy emphasis on operating with complete customer satisfaction so please do not hesitate to contact us regarding any orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
Unfortunately due to the specificity of the items purchased and the fact that we do source our items and do not stock we are unable to offer refunds. Exchanges are available in case of wrong sizing etc. but must be contacted within 7 days of delivery date or we will not be able to accept exchanges.
